“Cozy environment once your in the back receiving your scheduled treatment(s). The only issue I always seem to have is the so called “20% gratuity fee”. I kind of feel it should be optional for a paying customer to let them know when checking out versus being asked which makes you feel pressured to pay. Honestly, I was charged a 40% gratuity fee for one service. I guess the reception lady thought I could not calculate that 20% added to a $35 balance should have been $42 NOT $49. I paid it because the professional who did my service was awesome. It may be awhile before I return because they are very expensive compared to other facilities.“
“So you know when you are looking for something and not quite sure what you need but you know there surely is someone who can help??? My wife needed some new colors of makeup due to hair color change and we made our way to Merle Norman in Greenville and Debbi helped us. She was such a joy and oh so helpful. If you need some fashion accessories, makeup or some fancy cloths come see the team. You will be glad you did. Tell them Scott sent you in for Smokey eyes.“
