I wasn’t able to be home but My wife said this 6 month PSA was very impressive. Let’s all agree that JOHN definitely has the ability to fix and repair but also is friendly and very informative. This man deserves a raise because he is a true repair Technician. Hard to find these days. Thank you

We have been customers of J and J Mechanical for many years and will continue to be. The technician, John, asked if there were problems or concerns that we had. Our units were operating fine, but I was concerned about the insulation on the pipes. He replaced that. I also asked if he would change our filters bc my husband and I both have problems with balance and medical issues with our right hands. John was kind and very willing to do that. He checked out the units and even cleaned out a clogged pipe. John told me about how well the units were doing in technical terms. I scheduled my summer PSA (6 month service check) on my unit. I want to give a GREAT review of my service tech, John. He was very thorough & professional. He gave me good tips & educated me on how to keep my unit efficient. I think he went above & beyond & I appreciate that. If you could send him every time please do. Thank you
