I am a landlord who lives out of state. I needed a handyman to install flooring in both of my unit's bathrooms and kitchen. I hired Imperial Home Improvement and from start to finish, Nelson was professional, efficient and very reliable. He does fantastic work and his rates are very reasonable. Imperial Home Improvement came out to paint the exterior of my single story home this week. The owner was very professional and stayed in contact with us every step of the way. Not only was he pleasant to work with, but our house looks fantastic! They came out to caulk, sand, and prep as well as primed and painted. The change in color from white to grey is seamless! Working around our schedule, the house was done in a timely manner and the process was stress free. I highly recommend Imperial.
