I called back to ask some questions about my grandparents appointment because the same message was sent out to both of them so they weren’t sure who’s appointment it was for since it didnt specify who it was for and it had the same times and the same everything and the person Who responded my call was the most rudest person I have ever had to deal with.

What's going on with the new owners!? They've been saying for several months that things will be rectified! I need my medical records and it has caused me to be behind on all my check ups and wellness care! I had a hard time finding a new doctor when all this took place due to doctor's not taking new patients! This place went down hill and lost it's morale when Health First took over! I wish the owners and staff from the original CEMA were still there smh. I want my medical records!!!

In all the years I have been seeing doctors I have never felt so abandoned as I do now. I have several medications that I desperately need. If I don't take them I risk a life threatening emergency. I can't get any response from your office. The pharmacy has sent multiple requests for refills with no success. I do believe abandonment is punishable by the medical board.
