Always friendly and helpful. You can tell the people that work there love our fur babies as much as we do. So glad I found this place. Both of my babies do not mind going for a visit.
I’ve had only had a few experiences with ECVC, but all of which were emergency situations. In each case, the level of compassion, urgency, & professionalism was incredible. I prefer to be told the reality of things- I want to know my options along with a brief yet educated understanding of each. Dr. Pat provided all of this. I truly felt like he was supportive in whichever decision was made & understood the heavy weight of it all.Additionally- ECVC has a dedicated staff that shares the same compassion. It’s got to be challenging to leave 1 exam room where someone just learned their dog has cancer & then walk into the next room & be cheerful & upbeat.... read full review
This was my first visit to East Carolina Veterinary and was so impressed with everything as soon as we entered their offices. The receptionist was friendly with a great smile and then we met with the doctor and instantly realized we were with the right vet for our dogs. He took his time and listened to our fears and and we really liked his attitude on his recommendations for helping our bulldog with his health issues. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great care for their pets.
