I've been visiting East Carolina Massage for a few years off and on - not because I don't love them but because I forget to practice self care. Sarah is the massage therapist I usually use and she's absolutely fantastic. She's very communicative about how you're feeling and is great if you want to relax in silence or if you're more chatty (because I don't know how to relax). For the quality and price, as well as supporting a local small business, you absolutely cannot go wrong with East Carolina Massage.
I booked an appointment with Shon Joyner. She was awesome.Very knowledgeable and has magic hands. She worked on my back and neck, where I have had pain. Left there feeling great.The environment is very relaxing. Will go to her again and again.
