A long-time customer who depends upon the outstanding service provided for shoe repair - the fact the owner is friendly, dependable and goes out of his way to make sure each customer is happy is a plus (no pun intended) and guarantees my return.

Recently brought by a pair of dress shoes that had soles/heels in need of repair. The owner replaced them with brand new Italian leather soles and rubber heels for $35. Turnaround was three days, though it would have been two had I been able to come by the day before. The owners are really kind folks. Will definitely return.
