I was impressed with Leigh’s services when he provided the initial consultation and same-day quote. Buckhout's removed two magnolia trees, a large juniper bush, and various shrubs in my front yard. Veteran-owned is important to my family and you could tell Leigh has this background - instead of rescheduling, he got the job done, by himself, in a late summer rain. When I came outside to speak with him, I saw he had accomplished some incredible work! Our front yard looks amazing. We will only be using Buckhout’s landscaping services in the future and will absolutely recommend to everyone.
Leigh was super responsive when I reached out to have a tree trunk cut off and the stump ground. I reached out to him on Saturday 9-7-24 and the work was done today Wednesday 9-11-24. He did exactly what he promised to do. We communicated via text, email and phone calls. He accepts cash app payments, which is was super convenient since I wasn’t home when he finished the work. When I returned home everything was as clean as it was when I left it, minus the tree trunk and stump! I found no debris around the work site and he raked the chips up in the center like I asked. If only everyone ran their business like Leigh Buckhout! Leigh removed 4 large diseased Bradford pear trees from our front yard. He was courteous, knowledgeable, always professional, and went above and beyond with his service. I will never hire anyone else! We've hired 2 other tree services within the past 4 years, and while they "got the job done," there is no comparison to the level of service. You would never even know those 4 trees were there - every remnant was cleaned away, no equipment tracks or ruts in our yard... Simply a wonderful experience. Hire him - you won't regret it!
