Our AC stopped working. Within 1.5 hours of our call, Alex arrived and spent almost 2 hours here. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem. He is a real asset to a company that we have used for a long time, have had only good experiences with and would highly recommend.
I had a excellent experience with Williams Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. From the start Guy helped me choose the right unit as well as financing. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. The day of install Sebastian and his team really took the time to explain everything they were doing, they explained how the new unit would work, cleaned up thoroughly and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. I am now enjoying my nice cool house.
I have used Williams Plumbing, Heating and Air since I moved here in 2019. They replaced two old units in 2019 and 2020. But today I have to give an extra shout out to Israel who retrieved a rather large dead black snake from my compressor, cleaned the inside and the vinyl siding back of the unit. Israel is from New Jersey. He had never seen a black snake. Thank you for your prompt, efficient service. This girl does not do snakes.
