Due to recent water damage to my kitchen flooring, I needed complete reflooring. After contacting several companies, I had numerous quotes requiring exorbitant payment. No one offered any solutions or how to save money until Cooper Trotter came and approached the job differently. Due to the age of my home, every contractor that came by stated that, since my kitchen floor and my living room floor were connected, my only option was to replace all of my flooring. Trotter Brothers are THE flooring experts in Greensboro. We purchased beautiful carpeting for our bedrooms and love it. They also installed a tile backsplash and flooring in our kitchen as well as tile flooring in a bathroom. Their installers are professional and very skilled. I would recommend Trotter Brothers for all flooring needs. They are very customer focused and nice.

Trotter Brothers was great from the moment I walked into their store. They were helpful and had my carpet ordered and installed in a very timely manner. The installers were very polite and courteous while in my home. They communicated well via emails and/or calls for arrivals, work hours, and all other details. They took their time and made sure the work was done correctly. We ran into an issue with my stairs and they discussed my options and completed the runner exactly as I asked. We are very happy with the outcome and quality of our new carpet! We will definitely be using them again.
