Update: Changing my rating to 5-stars because although the provider turned out to not be in network, the office steeply discounted the amount I had to pay them ($299 billed to insurance, $94 billed to me). While I'm not happy I had to pay for preventative care that should be covered, I believe the blame lies more with myself and my insurance than this dentist's office. If being hit with bills you don't want is a concern, I would just recommend everyone check your insurance the day you go and make sure whoever you're going to see is in network.

LOVE this office, the staff and love Dr. Hill! He’s the only dentist my son looks forward to seeing, he’s great with kids, extremely patient and a very thorough and gentle Dentist!

I cannot thank Dr. Hsu enough for the incredible care and professionalism he demonstrated during my daughter’s dental visit. From the very beginning, he took the time to explain every detail of the treatment plan with so much patience and clarity. His level of skill and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that we were in the best hands. What truly stood out was how compassionate and attentive Dr. Hsu was throughout the entire visit.
