Went to got my eyebrows done. Been before and it was great. This time the girl told another woman I will be with you in 2 minutes.
She put scalding hot wax on and put it to low. She ripped the strip off aggressively. Took about two minutes to do my eyebrows.
My wife had another lady with no issues.
I showed them my brows and they said it was normal? What? Now it burns! This is not normal!
This was definitely the fault of the salon.

(3 days later bruising still their) mind you 3 women all said give it 2 hours.
They all knew what their employee did! She rushed!
DAY 4 bruise still there. Tell me again how it wasn’t a bruise!
Requested style: I asked for a simple classy style and Joseph delivered. The woman that did my pedicure cut my toenail that had been causing me pain. Unfortunately the color of the pedicure did not match my manicure. The pedicure felt and looks rushed but again I’m grateful for the service that relieved my pain.
Stylist: Full set and mani and basic gel pedi was $120. Joseph was my nail tech. He was friendly and attentive. Joseph did not do my pedicure, I don’t know woman’s name that did my toes.
Joseph is the most kind and considerate nail Tech in the mall. For over 7 years he has been doing my nails and it has been worth every time. I highly recommend this establishment and to sit in his seat.
