We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.
Being that me and my wife are first time Homebuyers, we've been feeling taken advantage of with companies coming out to fix things. We have had our pipes looked at in our laundry room a total of 4 times and every one of the companies have told us different reasons behind the pipes linking. as we can see all companies have failed at fixing the problem because we are now back to square one plus more water damages!!!
