We are moving into a rental house that so desperately needed the carpet to be cleaned. Bobby showed up early, and explained the process & pricing. He did an amazing job. Cleaner carpet really made the whole house feel better.Update: I went with the ultimate package to clean deeply and remove odors. Several stains and the odors returned. It has me questioning the difference in their solution for each package because it was too expensive to see such a minimal process and then have the stains and odors return.
