This is a local family owned gym that personifies support and encouragement for anyone wanting to improve their health through exercise and nutrition. They even have user friendly app to help you stay on track. My initial interview with Blaze and Grace was comfortable and thoroughly informative. There are a number of Silver Sneaker options as well. I am really glad I decided to check out this little gem!

I started small group training in October of 2021, and it's truly changed my life for the better. The trainers are confident, patient, professional and personable. They work with each individual in order to create a successful fitness and nutrition plan. The small group I train with each morning has become family. The routine we have developed together truly enriches my life. I *highly* recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to make positive changes in their daily lives.

A True Standout GymI have been a member at Pure Energy for over a year and a half. Fromthe very first day I was set up with Danny Nix as my personal trainer. Danny has been excellent. Working with Danny has been a great experience allowing me to grow in confidence, knowledge and overall strength.Pure Energy is a gym that listens to your goals and Danny is trainer who makes a plan for you to achieve them.
