Phase 3 Plumbing & Water Restoration

Phase 3 did TWO complete bathroom remodels for us. These were complete gut jobs. The length of time to complete was very reasonable, the subs they used were good at what they did, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. Kaleb and his team did a very nice job. First 3 pics are the guest bathroom, the last 3 are the main bathroom.

I assisted my mother in arranging a toilet installation with Phase 3. She is older and gets uncomfortable with strangers in her home, so I usually stay with her for appointments.. with that being said, Kraven was so kind, courteous, and friendly to us. He explained the process and was very patient with us. My mother and I both felt very comfortable with having him inside her home. I came home after a 3 day weekend with my family to find my ceiling falling into our kitchen. As it turns out, I had a small leak in the water supply pipe to our upstairs bathroom and over time it just completely failed. My wife and I called Phase 3 Plumbing & Water Restoration. This young man named Joe came to our home and found the problem and had the plumber fix the leak while he diagnosed the extent of the water damage. In the end the leak was fixed and Joe got us connected to the right people to help work with our homeowners insurance all while he dried the wet subfloor and then replaced the bathroom subfloor and tile.
