Patti is awesome. She helped us purchase a home when we were out of state. She went above and beyond in her efforts to assist us in viewing homes, via FaceTime, or doing research etc. Once we found a place, she also went above and beyond in helping us locate companies for insurance, help in inspections of the home, opening the door for inspectors and all aspects of helping us get situated. We could not have been more pleased with her and the entire team with Ashley and Yost and Little.

Simply the BEST! I was looking to purchase my first home in Lindley Park area of Greensboro and Patti was heaven sent! She helped take care of everything from beginning to end! The process was so easy and free of stress as she communicated with me every step of the way to make sure I knew what was going on and what was needed. She helped make me aware of programs available (nc housing assistance , first time home buyers) and gave great advice through the offer process to help make a competitive and fair offer.
