Dr. Thomas has been my dentist for over 20 years and does an absolutely great job! The entire staff is always very kind and hears my concerns. If you are looking for a good old fashioned dentist that actually cares instead of a corporate money maker, then this is the place for you. Highly recommend!

The office is practicing great safety protocols during Covid, I felt very safe. Dr. Thomas has a calm and gentle demeanor. She and her staff are respectful and kind, front desk, RDHs and everyone I’ve encountered. I really love this office.

I was in town visiting my aunt and had a cracked filling. I had been putting off seeing a dentist in my hometown in CA because my "soul mate" dentist had retired and I have a very bad gag reflex that other dentists do not seem to know how to deal with. I had also put off getting a crown for over 1 year and was worried I might lose the tooth at this point. My aunt raved about Patricia and pretty much begged me to go see her. I only had 1 month left on my visit to get all the procedures done. I started with the cracked filling and it was amazing. She used laughing gas on me (something no one ever suggested) as she said it probably would cut down on my gag reflex. IT WAS A MIRACLE! After the fixed filling, I committed to having the crown even though she was out of my network. She is so worth the peace of mind I had with no anxiety having the procedures. Seriously-none at all. That long temporary crown/crown procedure went smooth as silk (as did the filling before). I joked (but am kind of serious) that if I need any serious dental procedures I will be flying from CA to NC to see her. I LOVE this doctor and could not recommend a dentist any stronger than my recommendation for Dr. Thomas! She is very conscious of the fears and issues of her patients. She talks through the procedure so there are no surprises. Thanks, Patricia for everything you did for me. When I am in NC and needs some dental care - I will be back.
