If I could give 0 stars I would but the color did come out nice but was not the color I wanted she was not skilled enough to provide me the color I asked for. Yvette is extremely unprofessional, rude, always late and does what she wants to do instead of consulting with her client first, she gave me a 2nd degree burn by using a hot comb without informing me or asking me which I did not need it when I told her she as burning me she told me it was because I kept moving (which I was not), she then proceeds to burn me and cut up my neck with the clippers. was supposed to get my hair dyed 2 different colors. I showed her the picture and she assured me that she could do it the way I wanted. 3 hours later my hair was 1 color, the job was only half done. she knew that's not what I wanted and she knew that I was not happy and still charged me full price for only half the job.
