To understand the significance of this dealership, please take the time to read the full review and understand the context. The excellence of the treatment by Matt and his people at Genesis of Greensboro cannot be overstated. My wife and I have always liked to have a luxury car. And, if you're as old as we are, you can remember that Hyundais were a low-end ride with no frills. When my sons graduated high school, we got them each a car. One got a Sonata, the other a Santa Fe. These were the first in our family. Since then, we bought a Genesis Coupe, a Genesis (before the brand was a thing). When it came time to replace my car, I looked at the Equus (the precursor to the Genesis brand). I'm gonna pay WHAT for a Huyndai? Well, I did. And it was worth it. I was then abroad for many years, and upon my return, it was time to get another car for me. I didn't know what I wanted, so I bought a pre-owned Taurus. It would do until I had time to settle back down and make a proper decision. When that decision time came, my wife and I looked at Mercedes, Jaguar, Audi, Lexus, Lincoln, and Range Rover. Our options were limited since I was buying a luxury car, not a sports car. I wanted room. Lots of room. And features. Is there a bell or whistle? Yes, please. Long story short, we bought a new Genesis G90. That was in November 2017. I did the deal over email and drove to the dealership (out of town). At the time, Hyundai dealers were selling the new Genesis brand cars. Instead of getting the car we wanted, we saw the same car but with AWD (the only option I did not have). You guessed it, that's what we drove home. Now, at this time Genesis was a new brand. However, finding a Hyundai dealership that also dealt with Genesis was still challenging because they needed inventory, equipment, and specially trained technicians. The first one I went to for a problem very early on with the computer was terrible. After 3x showing up, they never honored an appointment. Fast forward to dealership #2. Per the agreement of my car purchase and 10 year/100,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty, Genesis will drive to you, give you a Genesis loaner, take your car, do the work, and return it to you. Not once did that happen. Ever. Even when I took the car to the dealership I got a non-genesis loaner. The few times I did get someone to come out to me, they dropped off a Toyota or Nissan or some other tiny older sedan from their used car lot. What BS... In this part of the story, Genesis tells all the Hyundai/Genesis dealers that they need a completely independent building and facilities separate from Huyndai. When that happened, every Genesis dealer I know bailed. The final dealer stopped service Genesis last year, and they were in Greensboro. Well, that sucked... Then, lo and behold, a new, shiny, stand-alone Genesis dealer opens up in Greensboro. I had a problem with a tire caused by a suspension issue. In short, I felt I was owed some work and tires by Genesis. I drove to Greensboro Genesis and met with the service manager Matt. I showed him the issue with the tire (see images of the tire). We spoke for a bit, and he was nothing but cordial. He said he would see what could be done, and before I knew it, a new Genesis G80 was sitting outside the door as my loaner. On the house. Nice. I already liked Matt, but now I like him more and appreciate how this dealership did business. Matt had my car for about three weeks. But when he called me to say that it was ready, he also let me know that Genesis took care of what was needed. On top of that, there was an issue that another dealer had failed to take care of, but now my car is out of warranty. Matt took care of that, too. Talk about going to bat for the customer! As my car is still new (at least to me), I don't want to trade it yet. When I visited Matt, I was fuming about Genesis. But now, after FINALLY having a REAL Genesis dealership to treat Genesis customers like we expect, I'm happy again. It was like being at the MB dealership, but newer and nicer, and with cars we liked more! M

I found this place thanks to a referral from a car friend. They fixed what was wrong with HIS Jeep, and they have converted MY Jeep (Wrongler JL) from a hard to steer bumper car to a real driver. And installed some excellent add-ons. The selling dealership could have cared less that I was having problems! I got treated like family, and was impressed by Rick. Melanie and their Jeep Wizard, Chuck. They take the time to get it right - and they are really efficient. They are not in my backyard, but definitely worth the drive. I will be visiting them in the future for more custom work. THEY ARE GOOD !!!

Love my Alfa, have had great experience with Service Department at Alfa of Triad. My lease is coming due thought I'd stop by to discuss next Alfa. Been walking around showroom climbing in and out if cars for past 30 minutes. Not one salesman has bothered to look up from their phone to see if I could use some help... glad to know business is so good....
