I’ve been here a few times before, maybe 3-4 times, and have never had a reason to complain. They always do exactly what I ask for and it’s a chill, laid back environment. However, I was pretty disappointed the last time that I went. I couldn’t get the first hairstyle that I wanted, which happens, so I had a 2nd style ready. They did the 2nd style longer than I asked for, which was actually a problem both the day of (it took longer than anticipated and really messed with my evening plans) and it limited the activities I could do that weekend in a way that it wouldn’t if they’d have given me the length requested. I had a really great experience. I originally came in for micro braids, but ended up getting six feed- in braids due to my hair being too long. Naomi kindly explained to me that I would need to do a different style and showed me some options. I scheduled this appointment over the phone less than 24 hours before the appointment, and I did not have to wait at all to get my hair started at my assigned time. On top of that, prices are very reasonable. I even accidentally over paid for the style I got and they were sure to let me know before waking out the door. Already have my next style picked out because I will definitely be back! Hope this helps someone!
I was looking for a braiding place in Greensboro, and came to this place. They are truly amazing, I wanted medium knotless twists and they delivered it perfectly. Naomi even suggested to add some curls to it, and it looked so good. These people know what they are doing and the end result was amazing. I enjoyed their music as well and the vibes is just great. I highly recommend if you want to have long lasting braids as well as good customer service. Will be going back for sureee!!
