“(I will start off by saying every circumstance is different)This was my experienceBought an instrument (new, was NOT used) and had it for a couple of weeks before I actually got to play it for a good while. Immediately, I noticed something was wrong with it and then it just stopped working all together plus battery started getting hot. I called and told them what was going on with the bass and they told me to bring it up and they would take a look at it. A couple of day later, I received a call and they had figured out the problem and fixed it. Mind you, they coulda told me to kick rocks because I wasn’t their problem anymore… but they didn’t and did a great job finding a solution. Life time customer.. thanks guys for all you do.“
