The Molly Maid service we received was exceptional. They actually worked us into their schedule the day we wanted... which was only one day after my phone call to them. Three ladies arrived on time to do a move out cleaning. They were hard at it the entire time. The session did go on a bit longer than we were quoted. But the extra time was needed to do the job correctly. We have a smoker, a dog, and 3 cats in the house. So, just be realistic when you review your quote. If your home has a smoker or multiple pets, it may take a bit longer for the sanitizing part of the service.

I called Molly Maid to clean my son's apartment because he is ill and not mobile. The 3 ladies that showed up were very friendly and professional. His apartment was real messy, but they did an amazing job! The apartment looked really nice and smelled new. The ladies took their time and paid attention to detail from the kitchen, to the living room, to the bedroom to the bathrooms, to the floors, to the and blinds and baseboards!! My son & I were very impressed and beyond satisfied! We will definitely be using them again. And I will recommend Molly Maid to everyone we know!
We've used this service for nearly 20 years now. I'm grateful beyond words. The girls are great, and dealing with Rubin and Claudia, in office, is so easy. They are ALWAYS willing to work with you.
Maria and her crew do a thorough job; making coming home rather exciting really. You can immediately tell, when you step inside, they've done their magic...It's so clean!
If something is amiss, you can call the office and they make it right. I've never had to argue with them - not once - and they are always polite and grateful for YOU- the CLIENT. Thanks Mollies! See you soon! ?
