It was positive! The workers treated me politiely and answered my questions. If I asked about certain things they were doing I got a detailed answer. I knew what was going on all the time! I think they were surprised how I watched what was going on, but I was pleased and would recommend to anyone who is thinking about replacing their gutters to Leaf Filter. if there are any problems, you can call them back to discuss any problems.

saw leaf filter sales rep at Lowes hardware and the installer came by and explained the process and the price was reasonable so we had them installed the next week, that's been about a month ago and no issues with gutter leaking or getting clogged since.
