Thank you Kathy Rooney for the session on Tuesday. After so much pain in my knee that I had to wear a brace every day and almost every night, today I can move without pain! I can also do my yoga transitions stable and without pain. Thank you

My quest for pain relief has led me to Rolfing Associates of the Triad. Not only do I enjoy relief from pain but also better posture and over all body alignment. My toes are straighter!!Who knew?!?
