I came in for a MacBook repair appointment. I was greeted and assisted by Christian. She was very kind and helpful. My check in process went smoothly and she informed me of things about my warranty I didn’t know. Great customer service!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at I.T.Worx. Knowledgeable and professional, but most of all kind and patient. I worked mostly with Christian who was beyond helpful and made the whole experience productive and smooth.
