“For those of you out there with parents who are trying to agent in place I wholeheartedly recommend Griswold. I have used their services for my mother for close to a year now… I found out about them through the Department of Aging. They have been excellent in working with us trying to find a good fit for my mom who can be a tough customer from time to time. Most recently we had a caregiver who stood out from the rest regarding her integrity and ethical standards . It is a huge comfort to me knowing that the staff members at Griswold truly care about the people they are taking care of and also know where to draw the line. My mom was asking for Help with banking issues and the caregiver informed her that this was not in her scope of services. In addition she has been able to put up with my mom‘s anger and handled it appropriately… I just wanted to give positive feedback and thank you all for having good quality people working with our parents.
