My NC sister and I had a girl's day, we all got pedicures, it was a busy Saturday and there was a little bit of a wait but OH MY!!! I was SOoooo with the wait. The stylist took her time and I Love the message chairs, I about fell asleep it was so relaxing. I live in VA but I'll be back very soon!!!Once again!! Always they have amazed me!! Today my guy friend and I stopped in for pedicures and oh my goodness!!! Excellent service!!This is my favorite spot when I'm in townService: Pedicure

I’ve been coming here for my spa care since 2021 and I was loving the place. Now they have started to give poor customer service. Yesterday I was there far too long and wasn’t told I had to wait on a different technician to do my nails after my pedicure. They had me sitting there without communicating to me until I asked why was I waiting for? The owner said Lisa. I said why nobody told me I had to wait? So I’m looking around waiting for Lisa and he tells me again Tonio was going to do my nails. My visit yesterday was aggravating and totally unprofessional and the owner didn’t even apologize!!!!
