I will not be back, I dropped off 8 shirts to have cleaned and pressed. All are clean but the pressing is horrible. With extra creases where they shouldn’t be and creases that should be there are not. It’s almost like they were just thrown in and the lid was closed wherever the shirts landed. I also have two fewer buttons than I did when I dropped them off. Pricing is also high.

I don't know how they stay in business. they are not friendly, their pricing is confusing and not posted anywhere in the store. they don't explain the polices regarding the 5 item minimum, they just charge you exorbitant prices when you only bring in 4 items.

Forget service with a smile. Actually, forget any positive communication at all from the clerk. Just give her your money and clothes, and hope to get them back as good as they were when you left them. If you do find a problem with your garments after they clean them, prepare for them to say it was there when you left them. They dry cleaned a 6 month old expensive button-down shirt for me. I went to button the shirt and 4 of the 7 button holes had been stretched and torn. The shirt is ruined clearly from the machine that they use. I took it back, and they claimed no responsibility...saying "it was already torn." I will never use them again, because they did not accept...read full review
