LaToya was Phenomenal, truly 5-stars. I was considering rejoining the spa however, the cost & the total time of my massage is a turn off. My boyfriend also had a massage scheduled at the same time, he was taken back for his massage at least 5 minutes after me and he was waiting in the lobby when I came out. Although I like the idea of having a membership again, the fact that it is not a true 60 minutes & the cost deter me from joining.
Everyone was friendly, and my arrival time was staggered, so there was no wait to check in or check out. My Massage Therapist makes me feel overall relaxed when I walk out and my problem areas are improved every time.
Matthew is a great masseuse, more accomplished and “into-it” that any other I’ve encountered in my nearly six years with Hand and Stone —- and I’ve had some pretty good ones.
