She goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are educated about the tanning process which I feel is so important to achieve the level of tone you want. Up to a point where she stayed past close to educate me on everything when I came in late. She truly takes the time to get to know her customers, and cares. The salon is super clean, the beds are always restocked with towels, so many lotions to choose from for every skin type. My hair has been a mess for the last two years, transitioning from a short cut to longer hair. Healthy, but very unruly with sections that are flat, barely wavy, and others often frizzy and knotted.

Reading about natural hair, products and processes for care routines and styling, and watching countless videos left me overwhelmed and hopeless. Arriving for the new client curl session, I was filled with anticipation and curiosity, not knowing what to expected for my specific locks.

From beginning to end, I learned, watched, and absorbed as much as I could and enjoyed every second of my time with Dee. After a chat, she cut my hair (dry, not wet, which was shocking and a first for me), detoxed, shampooed, conditioned, applied styling product, dried, and then styled my hair. Dee explained what she was doing, the products and tools being used, and showed me how much product to use while talking me through the application technique. The hands on demonstration and presentation was easy to understand and remember.

At the end of our session, I purchased the needed products, and Dee walked me through my refresh steps, including recommendations for how to maximize hair health and curl while sleeping.

I could not be more thrilled! This was by far the best hair session I’ve ever experienced, and Dee is phenomenal! She is knowledgeable, gentle, informative, and talented. Have no doubts or worries - this salon and team are top notch!
