Horrible experience. We had an emergency with our 16 year old that needed to be let go. The vet would not sedate her before giving her the euthanasia drug. This was traumatic for my daughter and I since we have experienced many humane euthanasias. The vet had no compassion at all for our baby or us. Do not go to this vet!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We are still heartbroken over how this happened ?
Tonight I brought my foster into the clinic because she had an open wound. The vet was wanting to do X-rays, drain tubes, and I explained that I couldn’t authorize what to do without the rescues approval. Dr Marco proceeded to tell me she had other patients. I understand that but no need to be such a rude person so yep I was rude and right now I hate I ever let that so called Dr touch her. I mean 1000 deposit and you cannot wait for me to get it okayed? I have always used them but after this experience I will not return.
BEWARE. My family was intentionally misled that our dog would be able to be seen for her emergent respiratory distress, then made to lay in the parking lot unresponsive while staff stood by gawking/sat at the desk. They claimed (after having spoken on the phone with them 3x) to not know who we were and be unable to help. In full transparency, I used harsh language with them while BEGGING for help. That was the only time I got a response. And I would do it again.
Apathetic, lazy, and utterly useless. These reviews are all so harsh for a reason. I URGE you to seek care elsewhere. The life of your pet may very well depend on it...mine did. I sincerely... read full review
