Great agency. Their care coordinator April goes above and beyond. My father was a full care patient and she made sure we had caregivers that were able to use a hoyer and were strong enough to turn him properly as well as really cared about their patients. They came into our lives during a challenging time and truly made things easier. Would highly recommend.
Griswold Home Care provides consistent, compassionate care to its clients and support to the families. The employees are always kind and courteous. They operate with the highest integrity. Because of the way they vet their caregivers and from personal experience, I have great comfort with the individuals who care for my father in my absence. I highly recommend Griswold Home Care. They work to make sure the caregivers are the appropriate fit for the clients. Training is excellent and supported by nurses on staff. The entire staff works to make sure the client is happy with the service and takes any necessary action needed.
