Outstanding! Recently purchased a new home that had been vacant for over a year. After spending a day trying to clean it on our own, we were completely overwhelmed. We knew it needed a good scrubbing when we purchased the house but did not realize the extent until we started cleaning. I was not looking forward to moving into our new home. I have been using Carlos and his team for a number of years. They are courteous, reliable and thorough. I have been pleased with this service. The owner Ernie, Carlos's father, is from up north, as am I. Maybe the reviewer who gave a bad review was not used to the more brusque, northern manner of communicating. I have not been bothered, and find owner Ernie easy to communicate with via text. I find this service professional and helpful.

My family and I just took possession of a house that had been vacant for a couple months. The previous owners left the home in a hurry and did not clean it at all. We hired Ernie and his team from G I Kleaning Service, they did a fantastic job. The whole team was very diligent and addressed all areas throughout the house to include windows and baseboards. After they did should a great job on the inside we hired them to come back and power wash the outside of the house. Explemary results, the house almost looks new again. Thank you G I Kleaning Service, I now feel comfortable unpacking my belongings in my new home.
