This was my first time dealing with an emergency veterinary situation. My puppy had an injury to his front paw and we found that CVS was the closest to our home and up the road from our regular vet. We arrived around 5:30 pm and the receptionist was on the phone so we had a brief 5 minute wait and then we were checked in. The Vet tech came out within 15-20 minutes and was very polite and expressed a sense of urgency and care for our pup. We were brought back and took our puppy to get evaluated. We went back out to the waiting area while they ran diagnostics. Our puppy was casted but unfortunately it was wrapped a little tight and too high up his arm which caused an infection and additional visits at the regular Vet to treat.

I cannot speak highly enough to do this team justice. I was watching my dog wither away in front of me and they were quick to take over the case and get her back to herself. Dr Lisa Olsen was so patient and kind to both our dog and myself. Explaining everything and going through the options we had. LOVE LOVE LOVE this team and I am so grateful for them!

After our cat accidentally ingested antifreeze, we took her to the Greensboro location on a Sunday afternoon. They immediately saw her and proceeded with tests and bloodwork, and kept her overnight. So grateful for their quick response, or she wouldn't be with us now. Dr. Morris carefully explained everything to us. Yes, it was expensive but they saved our cat's life!
