I've been coming here for many years and have been happy with my service. Starting in 2017 it changed for me and got so much better as I started seeing Courtney Wharton. Her bedside manner is excellent. My whole family sees her and I recommend her to anyone who needs a new primary care provider. The front desk staff is always helpful and kind. I never have a problem getting a reply when I use my patient portal or need to reach someone on the phone.
I’ve been a patient of Eagle at Guilford since they first opened and were then known as Guilford College Family Practice (50yrs?), their medical staff has and still is excellent. Over the years there has been a change over in Dr/NP/PA’s but I have yet to be dissatisfied with anyone who has attended me. The old adage, ‘ Birds of a feather flock together’ is a truism and bares fruit with this practice.
My first experience going to a doctor in a long time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Levitt went over each of my health concerns one at a time and explained everything to me in great detail. I highly recommend this office as well as Dr. Levitt.
