I was very happy to find a practice that understood my Eclectus parrot - they're not the most common bird. The staff was friendly and efficient. They handled my Stoli very gently and trimmed his (way overgrown) nails without causing him any distress. His checkup was thorough and the vet also offered some suggestions to help Stoli's feather plucking. This practice is now my bird's go-to vet!
Yesterday I brought my rabbit in on an emergency basis as she had deteriorated rapidly and suddenly. I called in the morning and they got me in at 2. Dr. Parenteau saw her immediately and quickly informed me that her condition was critical and gave me my options. I had to make the toughest decision of all to humanely euthanize her and I couldn’t have asked for a better or more peaceful experience.
