BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. This guy talks a good game. We signed a contract and I gave him a deposit. 8 months later nothing. I told him I was gonna take him to court. He said if you do, you'll never see a dime of that money. Needless to say I won the case and never saw a dime of my money back from him. He did keep that part of the deal!!!!!
