This was my first time using Decimals to prepare my taxes for me. It was so easy because they offer drop-off service. Initially I called and spoke with Kim who was friendly and helpful. Even though I was delayed in getting to their office, but they set a clear expectation on the processing time. What really stood out for me was the effort Jamie put in to make sure my return was completed accurately. She communicated with me professionally using language that I can understand without being condescending. I had a pleasant experience, and I will be a returning customer.
Even for people my age group (early 30's), having a professional file your taxes is important. It's just as easy as filing with online tax services but without the risk of personal error.
