Owner very rude when I asked could she please fix my hair some as I wasn't happy with the blonde color she put on. And the underneath hair was not colored at all, which she then told me she doesn't color bottom layers.... ? I had described wanting a light brown OVERALL with my hair as highlights not a blonde all over!She gave me check for majority of money back with note that I agree to never come in again!? I had friend with me for confirmation if needed, as owner reminded me she took pics and I took that as a scare tactic. Be careful how you ask for what you want with her......After and before pics...looks about same to me, I had some color already as shown on hair...read full review
