We had many community and friend references validating this team's work.<br><br>Upon arrival, Jeff Souther, and his friendly/knowledgable staff/family, made us feel at ease while conveying/discussing our plans and dreams.<br><br>Jeff guided us through the step-by-step process beginning with: choosing our house plan, and then sending us to reputable companies to pick items such as granite, tile/wood flooring, stone, brick, faucets, lights, etc. He helped us stay within our budget; however, choose exactly what we wanted! Jeff always tried to meet any requests you asked while always using level-headed, and sound advice. Using his strategy of cost/plus building, we came out ahead, saving on costs pro- jections.<br><br>Once beginning construction of our home, all went like clock- work, and often ahead of schedule! Jeff is extremely organized and is an excellent leader, often working side-by-side his employees! The length of time to complete was very reasonable, the subs they used were good at what they did, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. Kaleb and his team did a very nice job. “The After Disaster team arrived within 1 hour after we called USAA for water remediation….They worked diligently until 9:00 on a Friday evening, and were amazing!!!! Water had spread over several rooms and through the floor to the basement. They brought truckloads of dehumidifiers & fans that were set up for 5 days, coming back to the house to check the drying process several times. Over the next few weeks, their engineer & manager arranged for a variety of sub-contractors to come for repairs, and replacement of flooring, carpets, vents, ceiling tiles & insulation.
