One of the best kept secrets in Greensboro as far as health care services goes! I arrived and was seen with a minimal wait (I did, however, set an appointment). Shastaray, Mariela, Jessica, Dr. Mani and Team were very personable and detailed. I felt like an MVP! THANK YOU ALL!

I was seen here today, for the first time. All the staff in the back were friendly, kind, and understanding. I was seen for an upper respiratory infection. The process was smooth, quick and efficient. One of the things that stuck out most to me, as a self-identified fat woman, is that the staff did not weigh me when taking me back and the exam chair in the room was wide and accessible. I have a history of disordered eating and negative experiences with medical staff focusing on my weight instead of my overall health/chief complaint. I'm totally not surprised at the EXCELLENT care I received from this facility. The front office receptionist was professional and friendly as always. The nurse that took my vitals was pleasant and caring. The PA listened attentively and patiently as I explained my reason for the visit. The x-ray tech was very sweet and understand during my time with her. The nurse that gave me my injection was friendly and gentle with the needle. It's extremely reassuring that you're in GOOD hands when the ENTIRE staff listed above preformed their part with respect to my needs. Thank you! B. Gordon
