The class itself is nice. Great workout, instructor explains every aspect of the class. My big issue is the amount of text messages and phone calls they make. The two weeks leading up to the class, the called and texted me so many times I almost didn't even go to the class because of how many times they were calling me. Then after the class, you would think that it would stop, nope. Class was a week ago and these people are STILL calling me

Excellent instructors and nice location. Issue is with the cancellation policy. If you cancel your membership on any day but the day you started the membership they automatically charge you for the next month’s plan. They still do if you cancel it the same day but that begins your 30 days. The reason they say is because they have a 30 day notification policy. It is unfair because no matter when you cancel you are always going to be charged for 1 extra month. No empathy from management (Hannah), they just restate their policy. SO RUDE!I drove 30 minutes to come to this location and first time at Pilates. Was 2 minutes late from the starting time. The lady at the front desk was so rude as she wouldn’t let me take the class.
