Awesome!! Matt and his assistant came right in and found the issue with our HVAC unit. They were both knowledgeable and down to earth. They identified an igniter switch that had gone bad. Matt had the unit fixed and working in less then 30 mins! I definitely recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs. A ++++ service!
Wow!! I've owned my home for 22 years. I've used numerous HVAC companies through the years. NONE have been like Cardinal AIRE. Melissa Bentley and Dakota Brown came out to service my AC and add FREON. Very knowledgeable. Cleaned the system, etc. Literally, with the high prices of today and all the quotes I received CA is easily a lot less than other HVAC companies. I learned about them through my next door neighbor who had their unit replaced and their cost was $1500 to $2000 less than what other HVAC companies are charging. I am so impressed!!
I can't express how wonderful this company is. We went without heat for 10 days due to our landlord NOT being responsive, I called and Laurie was familiar with the company we rent from and was able to get a tech to us immediately. She was able to take the stress of communicating with our landlord for payment so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. She went above and beyond! The techs that came out were amazing and fixed previous mistakes that were made to this unit. It took less than 2 hours and we had heat! I was so happy I wanted to hug them for being so amazing.
