My exterior door latch came loose and fell off, parts everywhere, Ethan came out and not only fixed the latch but also replaced a few parts that were part of the problem. Excellent service- will definitely call them again!

Burnham’s showed up on time and Jonathan was more than competent, he was friendly and very helpful. If you need a locksmith I recommend them highly. Their rates are quite reasonable too.
