I purchased a Bunce storage building in March 2021 as material availability and rising costs were a concern in all construction materials. Bunce took my order and let me know the delivery time may take a couple of weeks longer than unusual based on material outages. I agreed and ordered the building.I was surprised to receive a call 2 weeks earlier than expected letting me know they were ready to deliver my building. Delivery went great and the Bunce guy was very accommodating and careful as he positioned and leveled the building.I noticed the window in my building was not the same color I had ordered so I contacted their office to let them know. On July 23, 2020 I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan #2. A call the night before said they would be there the next morning between 7:30-8 am. I drove from another city and was there at 7:25. Ryan was already there backing up in the yard to move the shed!! Shed was being moved to another city, and he didn't mind if I followed him to another location to get another building. While loading the shed, he took time to explain to me how process would go. Not only was he polite and courteous, he was quick. At the final destination for the shed, he also explained the background of the company. Nice to know you have someone working for you that cares as much as Ryan #2 does!! Excellent employee!!
