Great customer service from when I called and Miguel and OCL came right out to see what was going on. Professional and polite and just great all around. I liked them so much I signed up for an annual maintenance and service plan. Professional and courteous all around. Highly recommend!!!
My experience with Bain has once again been exceptional. David the tech is extremely knowledgeable and identified the problem right away. He did a great job explaining why the problem occurred as well as how he would fix it. David is definitely a great tech as well as a good person to represent your company.
The technician came across like he was working for me rather than just being a salesman. He was also way more knowledgeable about my furnace than any of the other half dozen people that I had look at it.
