Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Physical Therapy - Greensboro Hand

My husband was recently diagnosed with melanoma under his nail. The general surgeon set up an appointment here so we can move forward with amputation of his finger. We get to the appointment and pay our copay, just to be told by the hand surgeon that his last day is tomorrow! He isn't performing surgery anymore. Why were we scheduled with him? Because scheduling is handled at a central call center who apparently didn't know that information. I don't understand how no one at the office caught this mistake either.
