I really had the most amazing experience at America's Best last week. From beginning to end, the customer service was impeccable. I could tell the associates value their customers and love their jobs. I've been shopping around for eye doctors and the poor customer service I experienced left such a bad taste in my mouth. I had an open mind walking into America's Best and I'm so happy they met my expectations. I will be a forever customer. Thank you for all that you do!
Great , clean place to get your eyes checked. I enjoyed all the eye technicians from the front to the back. Everyone was kind, polite, and professional. I am glad they were taking new patients and my insurance was accepted. There is no physical eye doctor there at the store, but they do share a doctor over a live video chat during your eye exam. It was pretty cool. Your glasses you choose(which they have a pretty good selection ) comes back to the store in 3-4 days time span. Thanks I will come again next year for my next eye checkup.
I've never been to a retail establishment with such a fantastic staff. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. I had an eye exam with a virtual doctor and even the doctor had the same attitude as the staff. I cannot recommend America's best high enough 6 stars if I could. Plus the price is fantastic!
