Advantage Funeral hime was professional, empathetic and experienced. They explained the process along with the why behind the process. They were very attentive to all specific details that were requested for my mom’s funeral. Steve was top notch!
I wanted to also add a second review as unfortunately, my family also lost our dad 16 days later after mom had passed. Advantage Funeral home delivered yet again a very empathetic, detailed and customized experience for my dad. I simply could not have asked for a more compassionate and expeditious process than at Advantage Funeral & Cremation. Mom died late on a Thursday night and Advantage jumped right in to make the process seamless for me. Anita worked the weekend to get the documents correct and the death certificate was in my hands in exactly 7 days. Awesome communication and care. We are fairly new to North Carolina a had prepaid for a cremation service out of state and come to find out that it was cheaper at Advantage than what we already paid.
